You had asked me to let you know how much my new furnace has saved me in oil purchases. I've been keeping track this year (unscientifically) and it's about a 35% savings!
Assuming Lorden still comes on about the same frequency as always, I used to average about 240 gallons per delivery, and now it's 160 or a little less. At $ 2.29 a gallon, the payback on the investment won't be all that long!
We're not doing anything else different, so it's gotta be the furnace. I'll be happy to be a reference for you and the product if you ever need it.

I called Absolute Mechanical Systems because I needed help with the installation of a wireless thermostat. The technician, Kevin, called me back and, over the phone, helped me determine that what I had purchased wouldn't do what I needed it to do. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Many other companies would have simply scheduled a service call to make money off me. Kevin took the time to determine if it was really necessary to come to my house before recommending I schedule a service call.
I called back a few days later with another question but Kevin was on vacation. I explained my question to the other person who said they'd call me back. To my surprise, I received a call back from Kevin while he was on vacation! I own my own small business so I understand how important customer services is to attract and retain customers. It's so refreshing to know there is a company out there, like Absolute Mechanical Systems, who understands that the customers comes first. Too many companies are all about making a buck no matter what the cost.
This was the first time I contact Absolute Mechanical Systems and my only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner. They have earned a new customer and I will always call them for my future boiler service needs.
